        Introduction of Logistic Department

    The Logistic Department is a function office of CUC, represents the school to exercise planning, guidance, the coordination, supervision and service function to each economic entity that is subordinate to the Parent Company of Logistic Industry. This department including the office and house property section office, there are 11 persons in the department, among them, one is section chief, two are vice section chief, and others are staff members.
    In order to respond the call that " accelerate the socializing career of logistics of college ", which is put forward by the Central Party Committee, the State Council, and the Ministry of Education, strengthen the dynamics of the logistic reform further, make the logistic service of our school suit the requirement of socialism market economic structure better, and suits the needs of our school that raise the quality and efficiency of running school, the department made the reform thought and principle as following:
    1. Emancipate the mind, change the idea, fully realize the importance, arduousness and complexity of socialized logistics of universities, study and carry out the concerned documents spirit that accelerating the socialized reform of university's logistics that is put forward by the State Council, Ministry of Education, and Municipal Education Commission of Beijing. Devote more efforts to propagating, do the ideological work of the teachers, students, workers well deeply and carefully, unify the understanding, guarantees the smooth implementation of the socialized reform of logistics of our school.
    2. Insist logistic work aim on " three service two educate people ", insist reform is it is it improve our school quality and management level of logistic service to help to want, help to lighten the burden of the school, help to raise the efficiency in school management, help to guarantee the development and stability of our school.
    3. Seek truth from facts, stress practical results, combine the actual conditions of our school, make overall plans, take measures suited to local conditions, make the scheme and measure actively and reliably.
    4. Fully utilize existing resources, regard rational distribution, recombining and reforming as foundation, depend on social forces and arouse social resources at the same time, construct a new logistic service system.
    5. Closely combine the logistics socialized reform and other reforms of field together, such as teaching, scientific research, personnel system of our school, etc., cooperate each other, coordinate each other, advance the great development of educational undertaking of our school in an all-round way.
