Notes: 1. The duration of study for
undergraduate students is four years. In the event that a student cannot
graduate on time, studies may be prolonged for up to 2 years.
2. The trial period for undergraduate
probation students is one year. Successful applicants study as trail students
for one year with the same courses and tuition standard as normal international
undergraduate students. During the trail period, if the students obtain HSK
level-three (or above) or new HSK two-level (or higher level) certificate and pass every course, their
credit in trial period will be acknowledged; if not, they will complete their
study as language students.
3. The study duration for transfer students
is two years. Students should study for at least two years and need to pay two
years’ tuition.
4. A bachelor’s degree will be conferred on
students who have got graduation qualifications and have HSK level-9 (or above)
or new HSK five-level (or higher level) certificate.

apply online and print one hard copy with the applicant and guarantor’s
signature)

Original copy of high school

Note: students applying for undergraduate
transfer program also need to submit HSK six-level (or higher level), or new
HSK four-level (or higher level)

HSK level-3 (or above) or new HSK

certificate and a transcript copy (Students applying for undergraduate
trial program should submit the original certificate for 300-hour Chinese
learning)
5.
Two original recommendation letters
from teachers with their signatures
6.
“A Letter of Transfer Permission”
(original) from a former university or college if the applicant is now studying
in another university or college in China (or a copy of certificate for
completing courses)
7.
Application fee of 400 RMB
(students who take the entrance examination or transfer examination need to pay
an extra 250 RMB as examination fee.)

Notes: If you can’t make your registration before July 2, you can
continue to apply before September 3.The deadline for application is September
3.The examination time is now on September 4 tentatively, and the examination
location is same as before. If there are any changes, we will call you as soon
as possible!
Ⅵ Scholarship
To
encourage and support excellent international students who want to receive
degree education in Communication University of China, CUC has established “Beijing Government Scholarship for
International Students and Scholars”. Students who get the scholarship don’t
need to pay the tuition for 2010-2011 academic year. The application deadline

2. Students who need to take the
examination should get the “Chinese Language and Literature Bachelor Program
Application for Admission” at the International Students Enrolment and
Management Office when submitting application materials; at the same time, you
need to pay the examination fee (250 RMB) at the International College for
Chinese Language Studies (Room C316, International Center of CUC, Tel: 6577-9853)
and get the “Examination Admission Ticket”. Students who send their application
materials can get the “Examination Admission Ticket” in room 409, No.45
Building between 8:00-8:40 am on examination day. Please bring your passport
and “Examination Admission Ticket” to the designated classroom for your
examination on time. Please check the result two weeks after the
