“丝路奖”介绍
Introduction
国际传播“丝路奖”由“一带一路”新闻合作联盟主办，评选工作由联盟理事长单位人民日报社承办。设立、评选国际传播“丝路奖”，旨在鼓励和引导共建“一带一路”国家新闻媒体机构和相关个人互学互鉴、汇聚力量，共同讲述共建“一带一路”故事，共同传播共建“一带一路”声音，共同推动高质量共建“一带一路”。中国传媒大学作为“丝路奖”的学术委员会单位，负责“最佳视频奖”“最佳创新奖”两个单元的征片和评审工作。
The Silk Road Global News Awards were initiated by the Belt and Road News Network (BRNN) and organized by People's Daily, the chair of BRNN's council. The awards, designed to become a professional, authoritative, and globally influential news showcase, encourage media organizations and individuals in countries along the Belt and Road to learn from each other and pool strength together. By recognizing best news items and works, the awards highlight the stories of the Belt and Road and amplify voice of countries and peoples along the route, so as to promote high-quality joint construction of the Belt and Road. Communication University of China (CUC), as the academic committee institution for the awards, is responsible for the recruitment and judging of Best Video and Best Innovation.
奖项和奖金
Category
本次评选设“最佳报道奖”“最佳摄影奖”“最佳视频奖”“最佳创新奖”四大类奖项。
The awards include four categories: Best Reporting, Best Photography, Best Video and Best Innovation.
每类奖项设大奖1个，提名奖4个，入围奖10个。四类“最佳”奖金15万元人民币（税前），提名奖奖金5万元人民币（税前），入围奖颁发实物奖品。
Each award has 1 winner, 4 shortlists and 10 longlists. Each winner will receive 150,000 RMB (pre-tax), each shortlist 50,000 RMB (pre-tax), and longlists will have other prizes.
最佳视频奖
Best Video Award
评选风格鲜明、思想深刻、制作精良、传播力强的短视频、纪录片、微电影、微短剧等视频作品。
For a distinguished example of press video with distinctive style, in-depth thoughts, good storytelling techniques and wide popularity, presented as short video, documentary, micro film and playlet, etc.
最佳创新奖
Best Innovation Award
鼓励创新精神，不限体裁形式，评选创新媒介形态、合作模式、传播机制等，以新观念、新形式、新渠道、新路径，产生较好传播力、影响力的媒体作品或项目，包括但不限于影视作品、新媒体作品、人工智能生成内容产品、交互产品、专题活动、国际传播创新机制或平台建设等。
For a distinguished example of innovative media work or project that explore new media forms, cooperation models and communication mechanisms, or use new concepts, new forms, new channels and new ways to reach good communication and influence, including but not limited to film and television work, new media work, AIGC product, interactive product, special events, innovative international communication mechanisms and platforms, etc.
参评要求
Entry rules
1. 国际传播“丝路奖”面向全球征集，参评作品须由外方单独完成或中外联合制作，中方机构或个人独立制作的作品不在征集范围内。
The awards are open to global submission. Eligible entries must be produced either solely by foreign entities or through China-Foreign collaboration. Entries independently produced by Chinese institutions or individuals are not eligible.
2. 支持共建“一带一路”倡议、传递丝路精神、体现文明交流互鉴、符合人类命运共同体理念并具备良好国际传播效果的作品和对象皆可参评。
Entries can be works that support the Belt and Road Initiative, convey the Silk Road spirit, embody exchanges among civilizations, conform to the concept of building a community with a shared future for mankind, or those with good international influence.
3. 所有参评作品和对象须为2025年1月后在各类媒体渠道（包括但不限于社交媒体、线上平台及纸质出版物等）已刊播、发布或展出的内容。
Entries should be those have been published or exhibited on media platforms, including but not limited to social media, online platforms and print publications, etc. All those entered for the contest should be published after the January of 2025.
4. 申报者须对参评作品和对象持有版权，或经版权持有人授权参评。申报者须承担责任，确保第三方不会对提交作品的发布、复制和传播产生异议。
Entrants should either be copyright holder(s) or have been authorized by the copyright holder(s) to enter the contest. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure there will be no controversies from a third party over the publication, reproduction or transmission of the entries submitted. Entrants will be wholly responsible for any legal liabilities initiated by a third party over an entry.
5. 参评作品和对象不得使用无版权素材，不得侵犯第三方的著作权、商标权等一切合法权利。严禁抄袭，一经发现，申报者承担全部责任。
Entries submitted cannot contain uncopyrighted materials. All intellectual properties of third parties such as copyrights and trademarks shall not be infringed. Plagiarism is not tolerated, and the entrant is wholly responsible for such a case.

Submission
1. 申报者须在“一带一路”新闻合作联盟网站 http://www.brnn.com 注册后提交申报信息，相关信息须确保真实准确。
Entries are submitted online. All entrants should register on the official website of the Belt and Road News Network (BRNN) http://www.brnn.com before submitting entries. All information provided by the entrant must be genuine.
2. 参评作品的版权所有者保有其作品的版权。获奖作品的版权所有者授予“一带一路”新闻合作联盟非独占使用权，即允许将其作品用于各类媒体渠道（包括社交媒体、线上平台及纸质出版物）的相关活动，适用场景包括但不限于奖项宣传、交流、展览、出版等，以及“一带一路”新闻合作联盟主办的各类推广活动，且无需向版权所有者支付任何报酬。联盟尊重申报者和版权所有人的署名权。
Copyright holders retain copyright of their work. For awarded entries, copyright holders grant BRNN non-exclusive use of their work for activities in all media, including social media, online and print, in relation to the contest, the promotion, communication, exhibition, publication, and all promotional activities for and under the auspices of BRNN, without any remuneration being due. BRNN has the obligation to respect the signature rights of entrants and copyright holders.
3. 申报一经提交，不得撤回。
No entry can be withdrawn for any reason once it is submitted.
4. 申报不收取任何费用。
No entry fee is charged.

评选
Judgement
1. 国际传播“丝路奖”由“一带一路”新闻合作联盟主办，评选工作由联盟理事长单位人民日报社承办。中国传媒大学作为“最佳视频奖”“最佳创新奖”的学术委员会单位，负责两个单元的征片和评审工作。
The awards, launched by BRNN, is organized by People's Daily, BRNN council chair.Communication University of China (CUC), as the academic committee unit of the Best Video Award and Best Innovation Award, is responsible for the recruitment and judging of the two categories.
2. 评选分为学术委员会初评和评审委员会终评两个步骤，评选结果将提交联盟理事会审议，审议通过后在“一带一路”新闻合作联盟网站发布。
The judging process will take place in two rounds, the first round by Academic Committees and the second (final) round by the Judging Committee. The process will be updated on BRNN's website and mobile application.
3. 评审委员会主席由“一带一路”新闻合作联盟理事长单位人民日报社代表担任。评审委员会成员由联盟理事单位代表和学术委员会中外专家组成。各类别奖项学术委员会分别由相关领域专家学者和业界知名人士组成。
The chair of the Judging Committee is assumed by President of People's Daily. The Judging Committee is composed of representatives of BRNN council members, as well as experts and scholars from professional academic institutions. Academic Committees for each award are composed of experts and scholars from professional academic institutions and veteran and senior news practitioners.
